The wine club selections occur in the months of March, June, September and December. All members are notified via email in the month prior with their wine club selections and asked to make any necessary updates to their membership. All members are then billed on the third Monday of the month with Wine Club Tastings & Pickup Party event taking place the last two Sunday of the month.
Yes, wine club members have the option to have their wines shipped for an additional fee, based on your shipping address ($15 Flat Rate shipping for all 6 bottles/quarter Members Club members and Complimentary Shipping on 12+ bottles). To find out if we ship to your state, click here.
There are several ways that we can accommodate you. If your schedule does not allow you to be home during delivery hours, request to have your wines shipped to a business address or request delivery to a UPS Access Point near you. You also have the option to be a "pickup" member and we will hold your wine for 60 days at our Cutchogue tasting room. After 60 days, and of course, multiple attempts to contact you, your wines will be shipped to you and the shipping charge will be billed to your account.
When you join our wine club, you are committing to a one-year membership with us. If you need to skip a shipment, we can put your membership on hold until you are ready for the next shipment. However, there is no cancellation fee. To cancel your wine club, please email wineclub@liebcellars.com
Yes, unless you otherwise specify, your Club Membership will continue to renew until you contact us to request a cancellation. All club cancellations must be made by emailing wineclub@liebcellars.com
Yes! Members of our Members Select Wine Club can customize their wine selections. All wine customizations must be completed prior to your wine club being processed. Customizations can be made by login into your account on our suhruwines.com or by emailing your selections to wineclub@liebcellars.com
