Linda Johnson, the Chocolate Curator for Chocology, has perfected the art of pairing exquisite chocolates with our wines. Over the past year plus we have partnered with Linda on countless wine & chocoloate events and are continually amazed by the innovative pairing combinations we come up with! Prepare to be amazed by the tantalizing and unexpected flavors that arise as you indulge in this unique combination. Your taste buds are in for a treat! Per person ticket price includes a curated pairing of three (3) Suhru & Lieb wines and three (3) chocolates. The guided tasting will last approximately 90 minutes and will be hosted at the Suhru Tasting House on Sunday, August 11th at 12noon and 2:30pm. Reservations Required.
In this somm-guided class we delve into the effervescent world of bubbly wines, exploring the diverse styles and regional variations that define sparkling wines worldwide. From the crisp elegance of Traditional Method (aka Champenoise) to the more laid-back style of carbonated bubbly, uncover the unique production methods and grape varietals behind each type. By the end of the tasting, guests will have deeper understanding of the cultural and historical significance of these celebratory libations!
