Maybe it was opened to celebrate an engagement. Maybe it was shared around the dinner table with family. Maybe it was the bottle you packed for a beach picnic, poured after a long day on the boat, or enjoyed around the fire pit with friends at the end of summer. Those are the moments that stay with us.
Over the years, we’ve been fortunate enough to make wines that have become part of so many celebrations, traditions, and everyday moments. As we’ve talked with guests in the tasting room, one thing has become clear: while everyone has a favorite wine, the reasons why are almost always different.
We may have made the wine, but you gave it its story.

Teroldego and Lagrein may not be household names, but they’ve found an incredible home here on the North Fork. Bold, expressive, and full of personality, they’re often the wines we pour for guests looking to discover something they haven’t tasted before.

We spend a lot of time talking about what wines pair well with. Seafood. Chicken. Steak. Cheese. But the best pairings rarely have anything to do with what’s on the plate.
They’re the people sitting around the table. The stories being told. The laughter that lasts a little longer than expected. Those are the moments we remember long after the bottle is empty, and that is what this month’s celebration is really about. Not just the wines that have helped shape who we are, but the memories they’ve become part of along the way.
