About This Wine
Made using the traditional méthode champenoise style, this lively sparkling comprised of a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir has a delicate stream of bubbles, a golden color, and a fine mousse. Light and bright with hints of flakey pastry and fuji apple on the nose, the Sparkling Brut has rich quince notes, hints of cumquat, and a touch of baked pear the palate with a light citrus zest and a crisp, mouthwatering acidity.
Winemaker Notes
A blend of 76% Chardonnay, 24% Pinot Noir, this sparkling wine was kept in tirage for 12 months, where it developed a fine mousse of bubbles and added a hint of creamy richness.
