About This Wine
Our premier sparkling wine—the Sparkling Reserve is delicate & refined and made to showcase the best of North Fork traditional method sparkling. Made by blending 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir this elegant wine has a delicate mousse of bubbles. Some salinity on the aroma with nuances of brioche, slivered almonds and a cleansing acidity. This traditional method sparkling wine spent 60+ months on tirage developing soft salinity, subtle brioche & a rich mouthfeel.
