This classic expression of a cool climate Cabernet Franc has a vibrant magenta hue, with brambly red fruit notes of wild strawberry, raspberry, and a hint of cola. Flavors continue onto the palate with hints of dried herbs—oregano and tarragon. Soft, lush tannins finish off this medium to full bodied expression of Cabernet Franc with fresh acidity making this is a very food friendly wine. Aged for 15 months in medium plus toast Hungarian Oak.
