About This Wine
The up-and coming wine varietal on the North Fork of Long Island, this bold and delicious Cabernet Franc showcases the depth of the varietal and pairs beautifully with a meal. Aged for 15 months in medium plus toast Hungarian Oak.
Tasting Notes:
Brambly red fruit notes of wild strawberry, raspberry, and a hint of cola. Palate continues with hints of dried herbs—oregano and tarragon. Soft tannins finish off this medium to full bodied palate with fresh acidity.
