We’ve got something exciting—and bubbly—to share. Just in time for long summer days, outdoor dinners, and spontaneous beach hangs. We’re thrilled to unveil the newest addition to our sparkling lineup: Sparkling La Crescent, a first-of-its-kind release on the North Fork and across Long Island.
Yes, you read that right. This is the first-ever Traditional Method Sparkling La Crescent produced on Long Island, and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.
La Crescent is a cold-hardy white grape known for its intensely aromatic character—think floral, citrusy, and tropical fruit notes that practically sing in a glass. It thrives in cooler climates and brings both elegance and a little bit of the unexpected, which makes it perfect for our experimental sparkling wine program. We’ve long loved this grape in still wines, but turning it into a sparkling? Game-changer.
Crafted using the Traditional Method (yep, just like Champagne), our Sparkling La Crescent spent 12 months aging on tirage to develop complexity, texture, and those soft, creamy bubbles we can’t get enough of.
This isn’t your average bubbly.
Tasting Notes: It opens with aromas of honeysuckle and candied lemon, layered with fresh melon and a pop of stone fruit. The bubbles are fine and frothy, creating a super smooth mousse and crisp, refreshing finish. It’s the kind of sparkling that feels both fun and sophisticated—equally at home at a casual picnic or your friend’s engagement party.
Let’s talk pairings—because this wine is as versatile as your summer schedule. Sparkling La Crescent pairs beautifully with warm-weather favorites like:
Oysters on the half shell
Lobster rolls & crab cakes
Caesar salad with grilled chicken or shrimp
Pasta salads with lemony vinaigrettes
Truffle fries (yes, really)
Chips & dip of all kinds
Lemon meringue pie or key lime bars
Popcorn & whatever’s trending on your streaming queue
It’s also the perfect companion to what we lovingly call “girl dinner”—aka that snacky, no-rules combo of bites you throw together when you don’t feel like cooking. You know the one.
This is a limited production wine, and once it’s gone—it’s gone. Sparkling La Crescent is part of our commitment to pushing boundaries. It showcases what we can do when we combine both tradition and innovation. And as the first of its kind here, it’s a bottle that makes a little local history every time you pop the cork.
So whether you’re planning a special celebration or just want something fresh and fizzy for your next sunset moment, Sparkling La Crescent is here to level up your summer.
Now pouring in the tasting room and available online—while it lasts. Come get your sparkle on.
