February is a great time to visit Wine Country with fewer crowds, quieter days, and a great way to beat away the winter blues. We have a full month ahead of us with a number of great things planned at the Tasting Room as well as two exciting events happening in NYC!
Our Winter Music Series is in full swing! If you haven’t spent a Friday Night with us yet, be sure to make a reservation and enjoy a local musician while sipping your favorite wine and indulging in some delicious food specials. Reservations always welcome, walkins accommodated as space allows.
Find us at the Cab Franc Forward tasting event taking place on February 4th at The Prince George Ballroom (near Madison Square Park). Where we will be joining wineries from across New York state in showcasing the best of our Cabernet Francs and Cab Franc blends!

On Sunday, February 9th we have a limited number of seats remaining for our Wine Region Throwdown!an immersive guided tasting class, where we will taste a curated selection of wines from regions around the globe. This guided tasting includes our Merlot, Shiraz, & Pinot Grigio as well as wines from regions around the globe! (Paired with cheeses, of course!) Space is limited, reserve your seat!
We have quite the weekend in store for Valentine’s Day—with a Raclette for Two special running all weekend long, including raclette fondue, baguette and two (2) glasses of wine for $50/couple, reservable in advance on Tock Friday, February 14th – Sunday, February 16th. Plus, we have live music by Jeff LeBlanc on Sunday, February 16th from 3-5pm. Reservations highly recommended!
Join us on Tuesday, February 25th for a wine dinner at The Marshal in NYC hosted by John Fondacaro, Director of Viticulture & Partner at Suhru & Lieb Vineyards, along with Renee Fondacaro, Brand Manager & Partner, and the wonderful Chef Charlie of The Marshal. Chef Charlie has created pairing menu highlighting 6 wines. $150 per person, including tax and gratuity Reservations required.
